There's an opportunity in the Caribbean that's happening right now that is not only making families wealthier, but also happier. But it's a ticking clock, and there's only three to four years left for this opportunity. So the question is, when is now the right time for you to take advantage of it? Hi. I'm John Turley. I'm the CEO and co owner of REMAX for the Caribbean and Central America with over a hundred and ten offices and a thousand agents throughout thirty five countries, islands, and territories. I've been involved in over nineteen hundred fifty real estate transactions here in country of Belize, and for the last decade, I've been the only American serving on the board of directors for the Belize Real Estate Association. Because of my unique position, I have access to more deal flow in a year than most people see in a lifetime, and I've personally conducted over nineteen hundred and fifty transactions here in the country of Belize, and I reviewed and witnessed thousands of transactions across the Caribbean and Central America. And yet, when I look at where I put my money and where I invest, I choose to do so here in the country of Belize for a multitude of reasons. And it's not only for the financial benefits, but it's also the lifestyle. I've staked my family's future on being here in Belize, and their happiness is derived from our living here in Belize. Before Belize, I thought I was killing it. I thought I was doing everything I should as a husband, as a father, a provider. I owned two businesses. I was successful financially. I was providing everything for my family they could possibly want. I thought that in the scorecard of life, I was getting straight a's. The problem is, was looking at the wrong side of the card. And what I didn't realize is that I wasn't focusing on what was really important. I wasn't focusing on quality of life, of being there present in my family's life with my kids every day. That's what was missing. The moment that I had to stop and rethink everything was a February morning when my son in his pajamas passed by the doors of my open home office. I was working on a beautiful snowy morning and I looked at him and did a double take because I realized that he was no longer five years old as I thought, but he was seven going on eight. I had to stop and ask myself, what happened to the last two years? Where was I? And that's when it hit me like a two by four in the head that I was looking at all of the wrong things. I went immediately to my wife and I said, we need to reboot the system. We need to do things differently. We sat down with a clean sheet of paper. I created four columns, four headings that had the words wants, needs, desires, and requirements. And we started to list out all of the attributes, a fictional utopia, a place we didn't know if it existed or not, but it would be a place that we could focus on what was first and foremost, quality of life and raising our children and being together as a family. We added to it that we wanted it to be in close relative proximity to the United States. We didn't want it to be too many time zones away. We preferred that it be English speaking. We, much like ninety one percent of the American population, only speak one language. We wanted it to be somewhere that had a tremendous upside potential long term, that it was somewhere that still had a lot of runway ahead of it in terms of opportunities, from a business standpoint and from the standpoint of just growing and developing as a family. And as we created our checklist and we narrowed it down, that's where Belize took the cake. And so we came down and spied out the land to see if what on paper looked to be the ideal environment for us. And what we found was that it was far greater than we ever could have imagined. We set about creating a new life for ourselves and for our family, and we've never looked back since. I probably see more deal flow in one month than most people see in an entire lifetime because of the breadth and depth of agents and brokers that I have all throughout the Caribbean and Central America. And yet consistently, it's this market here in Belize where I see the greatest opportunity. And when I look at the nineteen hundred transactions or more that I've been personally involved in, there's several thousand beyond that that I've helped to either review or assist with. And consistently, time and time again, it's because of the strength of this market. I'd like to say that it's all because of my own sales ability and my own personal accomplishments, but I really credit it to the market. This is an island, Ambrigas Key, that's been recognized by TripAdvisor on more than one occasion as being the number one island in the world, both for tourism, for expat, for relocation. That really helps to make my job that much easier. It's not me, it's the market. When we look at the demographic shifts and what really drives the market, we have to discuss the baby boomers. The generation of almost a hundred million people born between nineteen forty six and nineteen sixty four who began reaching retirement age in the year twenty eleven and will continue reaching retirement age through twenty twenty eight. The silver tsunami as it's referred to because it's such a massive demographic shift taking place. And historically, people look at different markets in the United States and and the desirability and where they wanna go. But in this global economy, more and more people are looking at places outside of the United States where they can diversify not only financially from the US economy, but they can diversify culturally and and in terms of the experiences that they encounter. And so, one of the advantages that Belize has is a disproportionate number of people looking at it as a viable opportunity. Being the only English speaking country in Central America means that for those ninety one percent of Americans who only speak English, they're gonna have a tendency to look at a market such as Belize as being more in line with their interest. I like to tell people that coming to Belize is going international with training wheels. It's that much easier, particularly because of language being not an issue. When I look at my own personal example and the checklist that I created for my family of where I would go to relocate for quality of life, it just so happens that all of those attributes and qualities are exactly the things that baby boomers are looking for today. They're looking for a safe, desirable destination. They're looking for somewhere they can go and enjoy quality of life. They're looking for somewhere in close physical proximity to the United States, where there's a stable economy pegged to the US dollar, where there's a legal system based on British common law so that you have the same property rights in Belize as you have in the United States or Canada. So what I set out to look for some twenty years ago just happens to be the same criteria that more and more people on a day to day basis are looking for to fulfill and bring their dreams to reality as well. When people talk about investing in a foreign market, there's fear, there's trepidation, and that makes sense. But the reality is we have to clearly define and understand what is a foreign market. We make the mistake of thinking that a foreign market by definition refers to a nation's borders, one country versus another. But it's much simpler than that. A foreign market is any market within which you don't have enough information to make a qualified educated investment decision. We try to do with the Belize investor field trip is to remove the foreign aspect of the market. Our goal, our ambition, our desire, and our commitment is that by the time you've spent forty eight hours with us, Belize is no longer a foreign market. It's a market that you will know and understand inside and out, and it's a market within which you will be able to make a qualified, educated, informed investment decision. That is not a foreign market. The Belize investor field trip was created in response to the demand and the need for people to have a way to bring in as much education and knowledge as possible in a short a time frame as possible. I like to say that if you'll give me forty eight hours, I will give you Belize. And at the end of those forty eight hours, you will know more than most of the real estate professionals in this market. And you will be in a position where you can make the right decision based on what your personal investment philosophy is and what your goals and objectives are. So after watching this video, the first thing to do is to make sure to secure and reserve one of the seats available as there is a limited number of people that we can accommodate on each Belize investor field trip. So before you even look at booking flights, before you finalize the itinerary as in terms of, when you're coming and when you're leaving, the first thing is to check our availability calendar for the upcoming field trips, make your reservations, secure your spot. We're not looking to have a gotcha. We're gonna give you a full three days during which you can cancel at any time, but it's imperative that before you start investing the time into looking at your flight reservations and how you're gonna get down and we start working with our team and answering your questions. Before you invest your time and we invest our time, we wanna make sure that there's even availability for the field trip you're looking for. So that first step is to simply secure your reservation, get that taken care of, and once you reach Belize, we are gonna have an action packed forty eight hours together. And it's important for us not only to ensure that you get education, which that's what the field trip is entirely based on, it is an education based experience. There's no selling during the field trip itself because you're not qualified to buy until you've taken in the information that you're gonna gather from the field trip. So it's education based, but we wanna make sure to show you real developments and real properties and real opportunities in this marketplace. We wanna help to identify, you know, anywhere from seven to ten different things that are critical for you to know and understand that aren't even on your radar, that you're not even contemplating as being significantly important in an investment decision. So we're gonna go through that process with you, but along with that, we're gonna provide your meals, we're gonna be able to enjoy good food and fellowship together, we're gonna give you a taste of some of the incredible experiences here in Belize. Pending availability, we may be able to go swimming with the sharks at Holchan Marine Reserve, one of the top ten dive and snorkel sites in the entire world. On some field trips, we've been able to enjoy freshly prepared sushi from fish that was just caught a half hour earlier, and we're literally in the water on a sandbar with a floating sushi boat doing what boats do, floating in the water as we're eating sushi. It's an incredible experience. Can't promise that that will happen on your field trip, but we always ensure that there's incredible experiences so that when you leave, you will have had weeks, if not months worth of experiences all compressed into a forty eight hour time frame. But most importantly, first and foremost, is that at the end of those forty eight hours, you will know enough about this market to make the decision if this is right for you. And if at the end of the field trip, you've determined that this market is not for you, then that's time incredibly well spent and time well invested. So the outcome we're looking for isn't for you to make a specific decision. The outcome we're looking for is for you to be qualified to make the right decision based on what your goals, objectives, and personal investment philosophy is. If you're still watching this, I know you truly care about diversifying your future. And if you take nothing else away from this video, it should be this. What I've learned over the years is that indecision is what cost people the most. People who put off the decision to explore this market usually come back years later to find that the best property has been snatched up. This market doesn't wait. It moves. And right now, twenty twenty six is the best time there will ever be to come and check out Belize. So here's what you need to do next. Take a look at the upcoming field trip dates. They should be right below this video. Find the date that fits your schedule best and book your spot to lock it in. There are a hundred and sixty seats on most flights to Belize, but there's only twenty coveted spots on each Belize field trip, so lock in your spot on the field trip as the very first step. After that, you'll hear directly from our team, and they can help you book your flights. Your spot is only confirmed once you book, and there's a fully refundable three day window built in, so there's literally nothing to lose. We've hosted nearly a thousand investors to date with this proven model. So if you're serious about evaluating this opportunity in this market firsthand, book your spot now. Come see the properties, walk the land, meet the team, and understand the market with real context, not just theory. I can't wait to greet you here in Belize, sun on your face, toes in the sand, and a heartfelt welcome to paradise.

Why Belize? It’s the Last Undervalued Market in the Caribbean
Each of those markets started as undiscovered paradises — undervalued, overlooked, and full of potential. The investors who saw it early multiplied their wealth.
The ones who waited? They’re still talking about the one that got away.
Today, Belize is in that exact same window — a rare market where tourism is surging, foreign investment is pouring in, and the prices still make sense.
